Garner Family Care provides Medical Directorship, Primary Care, Psychiatry and Psychotherapy services to Long-Term Care Facilities, Enhanced Service Agencies/Behavioral Health Providers, and Corporations wishing to offer onsite health care to their consumers or residents.

Garner Office

Garner Family Care Services, LLC (GFCS) provides direct service to patients in our Garner Office. Patients may schedule an appointment with one of our doctors or therapists on staff in advance. Appointments are highly recommended. 

Long-Term Care

GFCS also provides services directly onsite or via Telehealth (face-to-face through the computer) to residents of assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and rest homes. By serving individuals in their accustomed environments,GFCS clinicians are able to thoroughly assess presenting problems and incorporate active caregivers into patient plans, thus improving patient satisfaction. Our care oversight, preventative care, medication management and various forms of therapy are all carefully conducted to provide the most effective and least intrusive care possible to the individuals we serve.

Enhanced Care

GFCS provides services directly on-site or through Telehealth (face-to-face via the computer) to Enhanced Service Agencies/Behavioral Health Providers. By partnering with Enhanced Service Agencies/Behavioral Health Providers to provide the clinical component to their consumers, GFCS clinicians are able to help families and agencies deal with mental health issues within their community. Our Diagnostic Assessments, Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and ongoing Medication Management and psychotherapy help provide stability to mentally ill consumers. Our clinicians also provide training to providers and family members on how to support their loved ones.
