Where We Are Located

       Our office is located at the physical address of 875 US 70 W in Garner, North Carolina.  We are located on the top floor of the Garner Appliance & Mattresses (formerly Garner TV & Appliance) business. We are next to Fidelity Bank as well.  Park on the right side of the building and enter the glass door (#893) and either walk up the stairs and turn left in the hallway OR take the elevator to the 2nd floor and turn right in the hallway.

We appreciate you reaching out to our office today! Once your message is submitted, please allow 24-36 hours for one of our staff to respond. Our providers will not accept Medication Refill requests or requests for changes to a medication through our website, through email or via Fax due to security reasons. The patient must either schedule an appointment with one of our providers OR you may have your pharmacy CALL our office at (919)779-6461 and press Option 4 to leave a message for the nurses station. These messages are checked daily every 2 hours between 9am and 5pm and calls will be returned within 24 to 36 hours from the time the message is left.
